Introduction to Department of Financial Engineering
The Department of financial engineering was established in June 2016 with the establishment of the major of financial engineering. It is mainly responsible for the cultivation of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral talents in the major of financial engineering. The Department of financial engineering undertakes the teaching of core courses such as financial engineering, financial metrology, fixed income securities, financial data modeling, financial time series, overview of financial science and technology, and financial economics for undergraduates and postgraduates. In recent years, the whole faculty has published more than 30 papers in International Journal of economics and dynamic control and other famous SSCI / SCI journals, more than 40 papers in domestic management world, Journal of management science and other famous journals, and obtained 11 NSFC projects and 20 provincial and ministerial projects.
